Since June I have been on a strict allergy elimination diet. While I am mostly AIP (auto-immune protocol/paleo), I’ve been able to add back in more items, for which I am very thankful. So far my body doesn’t like: gluten, eggs, almonds, non-organic berries, raw apples, garbanzo beans, fava beans, black pepper. I’ve been able to add back in: organic berries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, macadamia nuts, mushrooms, olives, grass-fed butter, goat cheese, vinegar, northern beans. I will be sharing personal recipes, many of which are remakes from my former food life … for personal reference and with hopes that you will be able to enjoy them as well. No fancy pictures … simply your personal map to deliciousness!

Thanks so much, Christine! I’ll have to check it out. 🙂

Hi Sarah! I found a recipe software years ago that may be helpful to you. It’s called LivingCookbook. It was a lifesaver for my sanity when I began changing my family to a gluten free diet. The software shows, with one click, all the recipes you can choose for the day, based on the ingredients on hand. Of course you have to enter recipes into the software, but even that is made simple using the “capture” button. And you enter all the ingredients on hand in your pantry, refrigerator and freezer. If you choose to use the setting, your inventory will deduct ingredients as you use them up for each recipe. You can even create shopping lists when you need to find out what you’re low on. I hope this is helpful to you! NAYY (Not Associated Yada Yada)
