Since June I have been on a strict allergy elimination diet. While I am mostly AIP (auto-immune protocol/paleo), I’ve been able to add back in more items, for which I am very thankful. So far my body doesn’t like: gluten, eggs, almonds, non-organic berries, raw apples, garbanzo beans, fava beans, black pepper. I’ve been able to add back in: organic berries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, macadamia nuts, mushrooms, olives, grass-fed butter, goat cheese, vinegar, northern beans. I will be sharing personal recipes, many of which are remakes from my former food life … for personal reference and with hopes that you will be able to enjoy them as well.
